Delivery & pickup

Where we deliver

Our own delivery team delivers anywhere inside the City of Hamilton, including the Hamilton Mountain, Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Dundas, Waterdown and Binbrook.

We do not deliver outside the City of Hamilton. If you live outside Hamilton, you are welcome to order online and pick up your order from our showroom for free.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on orders of $1,000 or more. Orders under $1,000 pay a flat $49 per order, however many pieces you buy. The $1,000 is counted on your products after any promo code, before HST. Delivery includes:

• carrying your furniture into the room you choose;
• taking all the packaging away with us.

The delivery price and HST are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. If you also need old furniture removed, tell us when we call to book your delivery and we will let you know if we can include it and whether there is a charge.

How long it takes

Pieces in stock are usually delivered within 1–3 business days of your order being confirmed. Special orders, such as a colour or size we bring in especially for you, take longer. We give you an estimated date when we confirm the order and keep you updated if anything changes.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of the date we agreed, you can cancel your order and get a full refund.

Booking your delivery

After you place your order, our team calls you, usually within one business day, to confirm it and agree on a delivery day and time window that suits you. We deliver during our opening hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm.

On delivery day

• Someone aged 18 or over must be home to receive the order.
• Please clear a path to the room and the space where the furniture will go.
• Keep children and pets away from the work area for their safety.
• Our team may call you when they are on the way.

Measuring and access

Every product page lists its width, depth and height. Before you order, measure your room and every doorway, hallway, stairway and elevator the furniture has to pass through. If you are unsure, send us your measurements by WhatsApp and we will help you check.

Our team will do everything it reasonably can to bring your furniture in, but will not remove doors, railings or windows, or carry pieces where it is unsafe. If a piece cannot be delivered because it does not fit, we can take it back to the showroom, and our returns policy applies.

Missed or rescheduled deliveries

If you need to change your delivery day, call or WhatsApp us at least 24 hours before. There is no charge to rebook.

If nobody is home at the agreed time and we cannot reach you, we will take the order back to the showroom and call you to rebook. A second delivery attempt costs $49, even if your first delivery was free.

Checking your order

Our team checks every piece with you on delivery. Please look over your furniture before the team leaves and point out anything that is wrong. If you notice damage later, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos, and we will arrange a repair, replacement part or replacement.

The risk of loss or damage passes to you once your order has been delivered.

Free showroom pickup

Choose Pick up at the showroom at checkout and pickup is free. We will call you when your order is ready to arrange a time.

• Showroom: 110 Lancing Dr, Unit 2, Hamilton, ON L8W 3A1. Free parking is right outside.
• Pickup hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays.
• Bring your order number and a vehicle large enough for the boxes. Our team will help you load them.
• Please collect your order within 14 days of us telling you it is ready, or call us to arrange a later date.
