Our showroom is at 110 Lancing Dr, Unit 2, Hamilton, ON L8W 3A1, on the Hamilton Mountain. Free parking is right outside. Come in to sit on the sofas, try the mattresses and see the fabrics and carpets in person before you buy.

We are open Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm. We are closed on Sunday. You can also call or WhatsApp us on (905) 253-0202 during those hours.

Most of our collection, including our sofa sets, storage beds, bedroom sets, TV stands, mattresses and carpets, is made in Türkiye and imported to our Hamilton showroom. We check frames, foam, stitching and fabric on every model before it joins the collection.

We deliver inside the City of Hamilton only. If you live outside Hamilton, you are welcome to pick up your order from our showroom on Lancing Dr for free.

Delivery anywhere in Hamilton is free on orders of $1,000 or more. Orders under $1,000 pay a flat $49 per order, not per piece. The $1,000 is counted after any promo code, before HST. Pickup from the showroom is always free.

Pieces in stock are usually delivered in 1–3 business days anywhere in Hamilton. We call you before delivery to agree on a day and time that suits you.

Yes, assembly is included with every delivery at no extra cost. Our own team brings the furniture into the room you choose, assembles beds, sofa sets and TV stands, and takes the packaging away with them.

Yes. Choose Pick up at the showroom at checkout and pickup is free. We will call you to arrange a time. Bring a vehicle large enough for the boxes.

Yes, our own team can assemble your sofa set, bed or TV unit in the room you choose. Assembly is not included in the price or in delivery; it is a paid service on request. Ask us when you order and we will tell you the cost for your pieces.

You can pay by credit or debit card or Apple Pay or Google Pay. We do not offer payment plans or financing. All prices are in Canadian dollars. We never see or store your card number.

Nothing is charged when you place your order. Our team calls you to confirm the order and take payment securely before delivery.

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). HST (13% in Ontario) is added at checkout and shown before you pay, together with the delivery price, so there are no surprises at the door.

Enter your code in the cart and press Apply. The discount is checked and calculated by our system and shown in your order total before you check out. One code can be used per order.

Yes, every piece comes with a warranty against manufacturing defects in the frame, mechanisms and stitching. Normal wear, accidental damage and misuse are not covered. If something is wrong, contact us with your order number and a few photos and we will take care of it.

Our team checks every piece with you on delivery. If you spot any damage, tell the delivery team on the spot or call us on (905) 253-0202 with photos, and we will arrange a repair or replacement part as quickly as possible.

Because every piece is delivered to your home, we recommend seeing it in the showroom first. If you need to change or cancel an order, call us as soon as possible, ideally before it leaves the showroom, and we will explain your options. Defective items are always covered by the warranty.

Yes, as long as the order has not been delivered yet. Call or WhatsApp us on (905) 253-0202 with your order number and we will update the colour, the address or the delivery day, or cancel it for you.

If you ordered with an account, sign in and open My orders to see every order and its status. You can also call us with your order number at any time, and we always call you before delivery.

Many of our sets are also sold piece by piece, such as the nightstand, the dresser or the accent chair from a bedroom or living room set. Each piece has its own product page with its own price. If you need a piece that is not listed separately, ask us.

Yes. The Turkish sofa set comes in grey, rust, taupe and mocha, and the upholstered single storage bed in grey, cream and pink. Pick a colour on the product page to see photos of that colour, or visit the showroom to see the fabrics in daylight.

Yes. Our queen beds and upholstered single and small double beds have a lift-up base with a large storage space underneath, which is ideal for bedding, suitcases and smaller rooms.

Our Turkish mattresses come in single 90 × 200 cm, small double 120 × 200 cm and king 180 × 200 cm, all 30 cm thick. The upholstered storage beds come in 90 × 200 cm and 120 × 200 cm, and the queen bedroom sets fit a queen mattress. Every product page lists the exact dimensions.

Our embroidered Turkish carpets come in 200 × 300 cm, 250 × 350 cm and 400 × 500 cm, so there is a size for a living room, a dining room or a large open space. Each carpet page shows the colours available in that size.

Vacuum it once or twice a week without the beater bar, and rotate it every few months so it wears evenly. Blot spills straight away with a clean, damp cloth instead of rubbing. For a deep clean, use a professional rug cleaner about once a year.

Vacuum it weekly with a soft brush attachment and fluff the cushions to keep their shape. Blot spills with a dry cloth, then a cloth that is lightly damp with water and mild soap. Keep it out of strong direct sunlight to protect the colour.

Türkiye is one of the largest furniture makers in Europe, known for solid frames, deep tufting and high-density foam. Turkish or not, we only stock pieces that pass our own checks: firm joints with no wobble, foam that springs back, even button tufting and straight, finished seams.

Every product page lists its width, depth and height. Measure your room and the doorways, hallways and stairs it has to pass through. If you are unsure, send us your measurements by WhatsApp or bring them to the showroom and we will help you choose.

We take our own packaging away when we assemble your order. If you also need an old sofa, bed or mattress removed, tell us when we call to book your delivery and we will let you know if we can include it.

Yes. The whole site is encrypted, prices, discounts and delivery costs are calculated on our server, and card payments are handled by our payment provider, so we never see or store your card number.
